Q: If I buy 50kg of filament, how many tickets do I get?
A: To ensure fairness for individual users, tickets from purchases are capped at 5 Tickets per month, regardless of volume.
Q: Do I need to buy again in Month 2 if I didn't win in Month 1?
A: No! Non-winning tickets automatically roll over to the next month's draw. However, you can buy more in Month 2 to top up your tickets (up to the monthly cap) to increase your odds.
Q: Why can't filament buyers win the Vouchers or Filament prizes?
A: We designed the secondary prizes as a "Starter Pack" specifically to support new printer owners. However, filament buyers are fully eligible for the Grand Prize (AD5X Printer).
Q: Can I register multiple accounts?
A: No. Participation is strictly for valid accounts with verified phone numbers. Duplicate accounts or suspicious activity will result in immediate disqualification.
Q: How do I claim my prize?
A: Winners will be announced during the FB Live session and contacted via phone/email. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days.
Q: How will I receive my Ticket Number?
A: We will send your Ticket Number(s) to you via WhatsApp after confirming your order or verifying your Facebook share post.
